Where we are taking the platform.

Our own product direction: a set of AI service modules that handle customer response, quoting, order handling and reporting as one connected system. Modules are released as they pass evaluation — not as they are announced.

Platform modules

One operating layer, five jobs.

Each module works on its own; together they share one data model, so a customer enquiry can become a quote, an order and a report without being re-keyed.

MODULE 01

AI customer service

Answers common questions, identifies intent, proposes relevant products, logs the conversation and escalates complex or high-value cases with full context.

  • Multilingual: English, Chinese, Arabic
  • Knowledge grounded in your documents
  • Escalation rules by value and confidence

MODULE 02

Intelligent catalogue

A single source for products, specifications, documents and media — with search, comparison and recommendation driven by what the customer is actually trying to do.

  • Structured specifications, not PDF dumps
  • Semantic search across documents
  • Recommendations tied to enquiry context

MODULE 03

Automated quoting

Customer submits requirements; the system extracts the specification, applies authorised pricing and conditions, drafts the quote and routes it for approval.

  • Requirement extraction with confidence
  • Pricing rules held in one place
  • Approval and revision history

MODULE 04

Order operations

Orders and their documents are structured automatically; confirmations, progress notices and follow-ups go out on schedule, and exceptions surface in one queue.

  • Document and invoice extraction
  • Automated status communication
  • CRM and ERP synchronisation

MODULE 05

Business intelligence

Enquiry, opportunity and order trends tracked continuously, with periodic reports written for decision-makers rather than for analysts.

  • Scheduled daily, weekly, monthly reports
  • High-value opportunity detection
  • Cost per task and conversion tracking

CROSS-CUTTING

Governance layer

Every module inherits the same permission model, action log and approval rules. Nothing that moves money or commits the company happens without a named approver.

  • Role-based action permissions
  • Immutable operation log
  • Human approval for commercial actions
Status, honestly. Modules 01 and 03 are the most mature in our own build; the catalogue, order and intelligence layers are in active development. If you need any of these capabilities now, we implement them as a scoped custom build against your systems rather than waiting on our roadmap.

Architecture

Six layers, each replaceable.

We keep the model layer thin and the business logic outside it. That way a change of model provider is a configuration decision, not a rewrite.

Roadmap

Sequenced by evidence, not by ambition.

Each phase is only worth starting once the previous one has produced numbers. Scope and dates are set after discovery, with you.

1

Discovery and prototype

Business model, target customers, catalogue and approval rules captured; solution architecture and a working prototype of the core interaction.

2

MVP

AI customer service, catalogue search, enquiry capture and an internal management view — the smallest version that can be tested with real users.

3

Agents and system integration

Automated quote assistance, follow-up, order processing and reporting, connected to the internal systems that already hold the data.

4

Evaluation and commercial deployment

Security, accuracy, performance and cost-per-task tested before widening access; rollout begins under human review.

5

Scale

Additional agents and workflows added as usage, ROI and operational confidence justify them — never in one large release.
